Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
I have created my Bankful account but I am unable to activate it on my Shopify. The option to pick Bankful in the alternative payment options is not there. Per Bankful, they have had this same issue with other Shopify accounts and advised me to reach out to Shopify to correct this issue. I have attached a screenshot of the list of alternative payment providers and Bankful is not showing up. Please HELP??

As per the available payment gateways in the United States, you can certainly use Bankful in your region. With that being said, it sounds as though you are unable to select it from the available drop downs in your payment settings?
Do you have Shopify Payments enabled at all? If so, you cannot enable a third-party payment provider simultaneously. For further context, are you able to show me a screenshot of your experience to make sure I don't misunderstand anything?

Hi Olivia,
I am dealing with the same issue. I've been working with shopify's support through chat. There has been no progress and I need to resolve this in order to make sales on my store. When i go to activate Pinwheel and our payment gateway, they are not showing up in the drop-down menu. Can you please advise?

Our Public Support team can provide general assistance, however, we do not have the same access the internal team does in order to provide the right context into why or why not this gateway is available for you.
In addition to the support they are providing, please do let me know the region you are operating out of and your current enabled gateways. If I can offer any advice, I certainly will.

I looked up the available payment gateway integrations in France, and I do see that Bankful is on the list! That means, it should be an available option for you so long as you don't have any other gateway enabled that is preventing the connection.
Can you let me know what specific error you are seeing or issue you run into when setting it up? Does it simply not appear as an option?

Olivia, im having the a similar issue when attempting to connect the bankful to my Shopify i ket an error message that says invalid credentials but im using the same credentials as im logged literally in the bankful dashboard.
