How can I activate Shipmondo integration before my trial period ends?

Hi Shopify

We are interested in getting the link between Shipmondo and Shopify activated. This requires that we shift from monthly to yearly subscribtion which I have done. The problem is that we are on a test trial period ending in mid July which means that we can't get the integration working until July. Can you change that so it works from now? Because we want to launch the new shop ASAP and interested in getting the Shipmondo to work from the beginning.

  • You mention 'test trial' in your post. Are you referring to a free trial for your store?
  • Did Shipmondo tell you about needing to be off of 'test trial' mode for their app to work?
  • You mention that you're on a 'test trial' until mid-July. I'm unaware of any Shopify promotions that are ongoing that provide that much free trial time. Can you tell me more about this 'Test Trial'?

Hi Imogen,

As far as I can see our yearly subscription starts in July. Could you move that date forward…actually as forward as today or tomorrow. The reason is that the yearly subscription gives me the possibility to connect the Shipmondo app and make the delivery work.

Is that possible?

However, you can reach out to our authenticated support team, and they can look into adjusting things for you. You can use this link to connect with them. Once you connect with them, they can dig into this integration a bit with you, make sure your account is set up as needed to make sure the integration works, and then investigate this situation regarding your 'test trial.'
