How can I add a 4% service charge to multiple payment systems?

Hello, I have question We use 4 payment system  we need add an additional 4 percent to the order in addition to the payment system  (Service charge credit card, Amazon pay , Pay Pal +4% , Zelle payment- not services charge 4%)
