How can I add flat rate shipping costs to my products on Google?

Google is telling me to "Add shipping costs for your products".  I have a flat rate shipping and I don't know how to fix this.

This might be happening for a couple issues. To understand better it will be great if you can share some screenshots of your shipping setup & the error that is popping up.
