How can I add 'On Terms' as a payment method in Shopify?

Hello,

I enter an order for a customer, and when it's time to check out I do not see the option "ON TERMS as a method of payment. Can someone tell me where I can go to add this? I have a Canadian side and an American side to my Shopify. The Canadian side is not showing this.
