Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
We would like to add PayMe (one of common e-payment system in Hong Kong), I found there was one payment provider "QFpay" which connects to WeChatPay, PayMe, etc for shops, and now it is disappear in the payment provider list. (the screen capture below was taken on May 16,2022)
Can you please help?
thank you.
Hi, @JC-1.
Welcome to the Shopify community and thanks for sharing your question here!
I understand you're looking to integrate HSBC PayMe Integration for Hong Kong in order to accept payments on your store. You mentioned it once appeared within the QFPay Secure Checkout section but is no longer displayed. Rest assured, I'll share resources and the best next steps to have this payment option setup for your customers.
As per PayMe HSBC Integration website, you'll need to contact their partners platform here to setup this payment method on your store. I've located a community post of a Partner sharing additional information on how to integrate PayMe and credentials that are required to setup this payment integration.
Additionally, you can also look into other available payment providers to accept in Hong Kong. We have a full list here.
I'd love to hear more about what kind of online business you have and what you're currently working on. Have you already looked into developing a marketing plan for your store? This is a great way to understand your customers, reach a larger audience and analyze your store traffic. Check out our Shopify resource for more information on developing a marketing plan.

happy selling.
I found a website says that with QF PAY integration, the 2% 3rd transaction fee will be waived. Is that true? Just want to confirm before I open an account from QF PAY.
