Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Aloha! Our store has contracted with a local insurance company to provide gifts to all their clients. I am using Shopify to create shipping labels. However, it is calculating sales tax based on where each gift is being sent. Our customer is in our area and I need sales tax to reflect our rate, not the gift receiver's. Can anyone help with this?
By the way... I am a Shopify Newbie.

Hey, @berrybasil
Are the giftees going onto your Shop and ordering the gift themselves or are you creating draft orders for them manually? By default, draft orders include taxes based on your store's tax settings and the customer's shipping address. If you don't have a shipping address on file, then taxes are based on the customer's billing address instead. From the draft order creation page, you have the option to edit taxes. We have a guide on draft orders that you can check out here.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
