How can I adjust USPS shipping ETA on Shopify for handling time?

Using "USPS (Discounted rates from Shopify Shipping)" The shipping speed is "calculated"

Is there any way to adjust it? I would love to add 1-2 days to each rate to account for handling time.

I am having too many orders over the weekend, with customers expecting their products monday/tuesday because the shipping speed says it will be there, even though we can not ship over the weekend.

I know that if I setup my "own rates" I can pick from Economy/Standard/Express
But my customers enjoy exact shipping rates, and I would like to offer that.

Its not a perfect solution, but it will help i think!

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
  2. Next to your theme, click Actions > Edit languages.
  3. Click the Checkout and system tab.
  4. In the Checkout shipping section, edit the Shipping method title field to highlight your processing times, such as Shipping method (Orders shipped within X - X days) or Shipping method (Orders are processed in X - X business days).

It will change the text of the "shipping method" selection at checkout
It wont change the shipping ETA, but atleast shows there is a processing time!
