How can I automate gift order fulfillment with Clickship?

I have a problem with a flow that I've created. We ship and fulfill our orders through Clickship and once we have ship it, it is automatically fulfilled in shopify. We also have created a flow that add free gift to the order but these ones are not fulfilling automatically once the order is processed in clickship. We do see the product it clickship. I am wondering if I need to add something to my flow so the product is automatically fulfilled once the remaining part is fulfilled with clickship and if yes, what would be the flow?
