How can I automatically send marketplace orders to my fulfillment team?

Does anyone have any smart ideas for a way I could auto send all my Shopify and other market place orders to my fulfillment team. A live spread sheet, email? Both ? How would I accomplish this.

Basically I should have a cutoff time and have all orders before that time send or live update a sheet.

Thank you! I have been looking into zapier seems very cool indeed.  If you can point me to any in depth tutorials on Shopify’s own fulfillment features that would be great also. Thank you!

@eldean0 to give you another option, a lot of people user Order Automator app for stuff like this.

You can send notifications based on order contents (for fulfillment or anything). You can also daily export orders. It's customizable so if you try it and don't find what you're looking for just reach out to orderautomator.com/contact.

For Shopify orders, our app EZ Exporter might be able to help with this.

You can automatically schedule a custom CSV export of unfulfilled orders to be emailed out to your team as frequently as every 15 minutes.

We also have a direct Google Sheets integration, so you could also automatically keep pushing the latest data from Shopify to a Google Sheets spreadsheet shared with your team (it won't be "live" but you can schedule it to occur as often as every 15 minutes).

Thank you, this looks very cool actually.  My only gripe is the price point to get sheets connectivity.  It seems going with zapier would be a little more affordable.  If the sheets was included in the initial price point I would certainly consider this option .
