How can I automatically update DHL shipping rates in checkout?

I am selling physical goods, for which I am paying the develiery myself (not via shopify). I use DHL. However, I need to indicate the delivery costs at checkout. This depends on the destination country and the weight. I could manually enter everything in shopify admin, but I am wondering if there is an app that is inputting up to date delivery rate?

I saw the app "Shipping rate - ship easy"  but if I understand correctly, this is just another way for me to manually input rates, rather than an app that download the rates and apply them.

Which country are you in?

If you are in the US the best you can do is use Shippo.
