How can I automatically update shipping prices on a basic plan?

I'm currently on the basic plan, for the life of Me why is it so difficult to get shipping prices updated automatically 

No option to add wlh to boxes 

Sendle only has domestic

Ive tried removing them and paying third party but cant overide sendle shipping 

I can't add express aswell and the only way I've found is to make up set rates 

I wholesale products that vary from 100g to 20kg so that option is off the list 

Without paying 5k usd to have a third party payment advanced plan with shopify is there any other way to do this. 

Migrated from woocommerce never had this issue.
