How can I avoid multiple charges for a single transaction?

Hello, I purchased a domain and entered my card info several times and submitted it because the shopify site said my card info was invalid, come to find out it was and it charged my card all those times, should only be a fifteen dollar transaction. Wanted to make sure other transactions don't go through. Thanks

Thank you for reaching out! 

 

Sometimes it will show as a pending transaction on your statement for 24 hours and then will be removed once Shopify has communicated it only went through once. If it has been longer than 24 hours, I recommend you reach out to our Support Team and they can look into this for you and help refund those charges.
