We received a large order that came up medium on the fraud analysis and then the customer cancelled the order straight away. We have yet to receive the Shopify payout with this order in.
Is there anyway that we can cancel the order before the Shopify payout so we do not need to issue a refund. We are concerned that there may be an issue with customer payment going through and do not want to issue a refund before we receive the money.
Can you advise the best way to deal with this
