How Can I Cancel My Shopify Subscription Without Paying Outstanding Invoices?

How Can I cancel my subscription, with $1 of outstanding balance as the it keeps rejecting my debit card, and I am afraid the cost of subscription will keep accumulating. I started this as a free trial but cant seem to cancel it.

Or is it possible to stop my plan until I pay off the current Invoice. Otherwise it will keep charging me.
