Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
The payout account does not belong to me. I need to change but it requires me to fill the old routing and account number. What to do?

Generally speaking, the first thing we'd advise in a situation like this would be for a merchant to double-check their previous bank account info by referring to any statements, online accounts, void cheques, etc that would confirm their banking info.
You mentioned that the payout account does not belong to you, is this attached to a business partner, previous owner, etc that can help you to confirm this info?
If you do not have access to this info at all and can confirm yourself as the account owner, you can reach out via our Help Centre here where we can escalate a request to our Payments team who can work to securely update this info for you.
