How can I change my unsupported payout bank account details?

            I have a problem with payout i want to change my bank details but not working i have also old bank detail but still showing a problem that your routing number is not supported kindly give me some solution.

Would you be able to confirm for us which payment gateway you're referring to here, and where in the world your store is based so we can check this out with you?

If you're using Shopify Payments in a supported country, could you give me more info on what happens when you try to update the bank account info as outlined here?

You mentioned that there was an issue with your routing number; would this be the new account info you're trying to enter here or the previous info you may need to confirm?

I'd also always recommend double-checking any account info from your bank or financial institute by referring to your online account, a bank statement, a blank cheque, etc as available to ensure it is being entered correctly.

Any screenshots you can share in addition to the above information should help us to investigate this with you!

Hello Don, 

            My store is US based.  when i filling the information of old and new account the system show Routing number is not supported but it's not showing that which routing number is not supported the old one or the new one. 

I double check my all information all the information is correct 

and we use Payoneer as a payment reciver but now we have no access to that payoneer US bank account information but we have the old information routing number and account number

Thanks for sharing that info with me here regarding the type of account you are trying to use for Shopify Payments for your US-based store.

It is not possible to use a Payoneer (or similar) type of virtual account for receiving payouts from Shopify Payments if your store is based in the USA.

Instead, you would need to add an actual bank account, in USD, with a US-based bank.

This would need to be a regular checking/current account, and not a savings account,
Flex Currency or any other type of speciality account or an account set up to only receive wire transfers.

If you can try adding your regular bank account from your US bank there and let me know if you're able to proceed with this!

If not, let me know where your bank account is based so we can check for options where you are,
