How can I change Printful shipping rates on my Shopify store?

When I push items from my Printful account to my Shopify store I indicate I will be using free shipping.  In Shopify, I am trying to set up shipping rates based on total invoice amounts.  For example, offer free shipping on orders over $50.  However, when I test this shipping premature I also see free shipping...

 

How do I override the system to always use the shipping premature I set (Shopify > Settings > Shipping and Delivery) it seems to be pulling shipping premature from somewhere else.

Hey there. I know this is an old thread but this is an issue I've been dealing with recently. You say you figured it out and hoping you can share with me what you did exactly so I can do the same. Thanks.

I see this is old question and not sure if exactly my issue, but since I was struggling whole day today shipping profiles I deemed fair to share here as well. 
So if you change rates and zones in the Printful app in shipping on Shopify, eventually Printful will remove them with their next sync. 
in order to do your own shipping independently from the Printful shipping rates or to have free shipping you need to create CUSTOM PROFILE add your zones, set up your rates accordingly and MOST IMPORTANTLY add ALL PRINTFUL PRODUCTS. 
Currently when you click Manage Products you see a checkbox saying Select DISPLAYED products, which mislead me as I thought all products were selected. However, with this it seems that there were products at the very end of the scroll NOT ticked and this caused the issue of not showing your proper shipping at checkout. So make sure you go through the whole list and select ALL PRODUCTS. Hope this will help some other people struggling with it in the future.
