How can I change the account name to fix payment issues on my website?

I wanted to reach out because in my website when your ready to checkout it says this store can’t accept payments right now and I figured it was something to do with my age so I wanted to ask, how can I remove my name from the account and add my moms name so I could add her drivers license and verify my identity so it can let my website accept payments? shopfundaily.com
