Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello everyone, I'm having a bit of trouble here. For some reason I can't change the country/region when I'm at the checkout page, it stays on USA and doesn't show any other country except USA (my shop is located in ISRAEL). anyone can help me it'd be a great, Thanks.

Sorry for all the frustration you might have encountered with your Shopify store.
But I will like to ask you a question.
ARE YOU DROPSHIPPING THE PRODUCT?
If not, I will advise you to add the shipping zone and country manually.
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
Next to the shipping profile where you want to add a shipping zone, click Manage.
Next to the group of locations where you want to add a shipping zone, click Create shipping zone.
Enter a name for the shipping zone.
Select the countries and regions that you want to be in the zone.
Click Done.
If the suggestion is welcomed don't forget to hit the LIKE button and mark it as a SOLUTION.

It could be that you haven't activated the Internation Market. Please check to see if you have enabled the international market yet:
