How can I change the default delivery region on the checkout page?

When we enter the checkout page we see a default delivery region. So we have two questions - do users see that as well? we can't find anything related specifically to a default country in the markets/locations/delivery settings of my shop. And 2 - if they do, how can we change that?

Hello @decartai ,


Based on our experiments, we have observed a few possible scenarios regarding how Shopify defaults the address selection:


1. By default, the store owner's country is selected.
2. Once they start receiving orders, the country from which they consistently receive the most orders will appear at the top of the list.
3. For existing users, their previously used addresses will be displayed.


There is no way to change this. Hope this helps.
