How can I change the name for business verification on my online store's payout settings?

hello, when I initially set up my shop, I used my alias and now it's saying I have to submit my ssn for payouts, but it displays my alias name instead of my birth name. I went into my account settings and updated my name, but it still reads my alias when  i go to verify my business.

my question is how do i get it to read my actual name when i go to verify my business?

In this situation you will need to contact our authenticated support through our Help Center to provide assistance. It sounds like the name on file for your Shopify Payments account is your alias, and to help protect your account security, this is not something that you can change on your own.
