i can't reach my store called eceforeverltd, it gives an inactive warning.
How can I switch to an active position.

i want to change the payment method

Do you mean you want to change the payment provider (E.G. Shopify Payments) or your bank account details? 

 

It's hard for me to know what exactly is happening without seeing your store admin or a screenshot of the error message. With that in mind, your best bet would be to contact our support team directly and one of our advisors can look into this with you in real time via a live chat, callback or email. They can help talk you through whats going on and the next steps on how to rectify it. You can find our support by logging in here, choosing your store, then putting something in the search bar, click "Contact general support" at the bottom of the page to find contact options.
