How can I change the return address on my shipping labels?

New user here - when printing the shipping labels the return shipping labels continue to have home address even though I changed the location/shipping Irgun to my PO Box address. But it still prints labels with my home address. I need this fixed due to safety reasons. Am I missing a step in getting it set up right? Thanks!

Are you able to also check you have changed the Shipping from setting ? I'll add instructions below on how you can change this -

 

  1. In your Shopify Admin, head to Settings and click on Shipping and delivery.

  2. Click on Manage Rates where you have your shipping rates set up.

     

  3. Scroll down to a section called Shipping From and click Manage.

     

  4. Remove the rates for your old location and add in the rates for the updated location.

Also ensure you have deleted the old location fully in your location settings.

I am having this same issue. 

Packages go out with our correct business address, but if a customer returns a package, when the label is created for the return, it has the old business address listed. 

 

I was not able to find "Manage Rates" anywhere under the shipping and delivery tab. I am not sure if something has changed since this article is two years old.
