How can I claim a pending payment from PayPal on my first order?

Hi,

I have received an order and customer paid me through Paypal and i have setup my paypal business account and connected it with my shopify store. Currently, i am facing the issue to claim the amount which is showing as a pending payment and it is my first order. How can i resolve this issue. can you please help me to claim the the amount. Please check the attachments below and guide me furthur.

Hi @daniyalasghar1. Thank you for reaching out to the Shopify Community. 

If you are still seeing the payment as pending within Shopify, can you please check your PayPal account to see if the money has transferred to the account. Payments will take up to 48 hours to process within PayPal, but sometimes the payment status can be stuck in pending if Shopify does not receive a notification from PayPal that the order was paid. If the money is in your PayPal account, you can manually mark the order as Paid.
