How can I collect additional fees at checkout and offer courier choice?

Hello 

I am looking at ways to collect extra fees from customers at checkout like shipping insurance, gift wrapping, express delivery, is there any app to do so and also give my customers option to choose different courier partners like, DHL, DTDC, Bluedart etc and charge different amount accordingly. Can anyone help us to find apps or ways to do these things
