Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I need to get in contact with Shopify to deactivate my site account. My account expired today Sept 14, 2023. I want to stop the payment from trying to go through and cancel but the live chat support seems to be down. What can I do? I am in Canada, is there a support number I can call?

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! We do not have a phone number to provide to speak with our live support teams. However, if you are able to successfully login to your online store, you can deactivate the store and stop the automatic billing by navigating to Settings > Payments > Deactivate store.
With that being said, if you are unable to successfully login to your online store to deactivate it, you can get in touch with our live support by completing this form here.
Once you complete the form, you should see the options to speak with a Support Advisor about the situation.
