Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I recently opened my shopify store and i was hit with a message asking for verification of age and address,
My son is underage (who runs the account) and he did everything in his name and age. The request of documents were requested for him which needs to be changed as we have changed the name of the account to match mine. If i submit the documents, they will not match the account as the date of birth was inputted incorrectly and it is not asking for my (the mother) name but asking for my son.

It seems like you’re referring to the verification for Shopify Payments, is that correct? In this case, the name would need to be updated in order to be able to submit the correct documents required.
While I would love to be able to help get this fixed up for you, we actually do not have account specific access from the public forums here ourselves. The account owner will need to get in touch with our dedicated live support team right here at this link, so that it can be reviewed by the appropriate team. Just an FYI, our queues are very long at the moment for this specific team, and are handled based on priority, however they understand how important this is and will get to you as soon as possible.

I appreciate you sharing the store link, and I must say I am loving your son's website! He has done a great job so far with it. I am really in love with the color scheme and layout of this store, and it is also very easy to navigate and find what you're looking for, a massive well done to your son!
The mission statement is also really enjoyable to read! Loved seeing that there is an option for customers to contact the store, however I would recommend a chat functionality being added to the store. With this added, customers can right away message if they have questions about a specific item. This helps build trust and reliability with prospective buyers. Another great suggestion here would be to add a FAQ page, having a good FAQ can establish trust with customers and encourage them to make a purchase, and it is an important element of your website. Has he considered setting up social media pages and having them linked to his store? I think this would be super beneficial for sales. Explore more on how to link social media pages via this help center doc here.
