How can I correct a hidden shipping tax override in my online store?

We have large number of collection based product tax override set up in store. By default shopify shows only first 100 tax overrides in admin.

It seems by mistake we set Shipping tax override which is not visible in admin.. as per Shopify support it was added after 100 tax overrides. Because of this shipping taxes are charged incorrectly.

To remove Shipping tax override setting it should first visible in admin and for that we have to remove products overrides till the count comes below 100 which is not possible.

API is not available for the same to get/delete tax overrides and also not visible in admin so what would be the option in this case? Can we achieve this through script s editor by overriding shipping tax percentage there?
