How can I correct a mistyped social security number?

I accidentally mistyped my social security number and now when i send pics of my license they don’t believe it’s me. How do i fix?

Sorry to hear that you mis-typed your information! We do ask that submitted info be accurate so we can make sure everything is in order to allow for your account to be verified and fully functional. 

Since this is the Shopify Community, we're unable to authenticate you or your account here so we can't access any of your documents or account details. What I recommend that you do is reach out to our Live Team so you can be authenticated, and let them know about this situation. They'll be able to dive into your account and information more deeply, and work on helping you resolve this. 

If you've already spoken to the Live Team about things, then it's best to reply to the follow up email you would have received from them (check your spam inbox!) and discuss this with them further there.
