How can I correct my account name for identity verification?

Hello, 

Basically this continues to pop up 

I put the wrong name for my account and it will not let me change it, I tried changing the birthday but it still won't work. I just want to fix it so that I can put the right name and right drivers license so that I can earn my profit.
