How can I correct my age details in the purchase setup?

I wrote in the wrong age details whilst trying to swt up other ways to buy our product and now when asking for legal proof i cant change the data can anyone help me in how i can change it? I tried finding a support channel in which i could message the shopify team but i couldnt find a channel like that
