How can I correct my business name for Shopify Payments verification?

I've recently opened my shop and have realised none of the payments have been sent to my bank account. From my understanding it is because I have not set up Shopify Payments correctly so they are holding my money within my shopify account. 

 

I need to verify myself and business within this page  Screenshot 2023-12-14 at 18.32.16.pngHowever I have somehow inputted my name as my store name, obviously cannot be verified with my ID as that is not my name. 

 

The store owner is registered in my name and displays correctly on the settings but I cannot find the area of settings to change the above.

 

Please help!!

As you do need to make an adjustment to your shop details, you will want to connect with us directlyThis will allow our support team to take a closer look, as we wouldn't have access to any account details through the Community. They will be able to review the documentation being requested and ensure the correct information is added to the shop.
