How can I create a custom order report with specific details?

Is there a way to create a custom order report that shows the following:

Order #

Date

Items ordered

Shipping Fees charged

Shipping City & State

Unfortunately you cannot do this with Shopify inherently.

However, our Report Toaster app can help. You can create your own custom reports to include any columns you'd like. If you'd like some help, just reach out to our support team.

I can help you create the simple report described, from the orders or order lines table for any time frame. You can also schedule this report to run at set frequencies to your email or Google Drive or export the reports in CSV, Excel or PDF format.
