How can I deactivate a frozen account that keeps getting billed?

i have been charged almost 10 times on my account and i do not want to continue with my shopify store yet it keeps on trying to bill me. i just want to know how to deactivate my account or stop shopify from trying to pay for the subscription since i cannot access the admin page.


Any help would be greatly appreciated !!

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry you have not been able to deactivate your store. 


You can close your store and stop your charges by deactivating it. If you can't access your store, you will need to contact our Support Team
