Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi
I tried to deactivate my shopify account but i typed in the wrong password now i cant deactivate it. Tommorow is my pay day for the subscription can someone pls deactivate my account

If you are unable to successfully login to deactivate your online store, you may need to reset your forgotten password.
If you are having issues with resetting your password and logging into your online store, I would suggest reaching out to our live support to assist you with this situation. Since I am unable to authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, I am unable to look into the specifics.
In this case, you can reach out to our live support by attempting to login to your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to verify you as the store owner.
With that being said - if you are unable to successfully login, you can select the option to Continue without logging in and you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak with a Support Advisor about deactivating your online store.
