How can I disable the recurring delivery popup in Hong Kong?

I've set the delivery to a single country "Hong Kong" and already saved 2 delivery addresses.  However, the below popup shows every time.  

Can I cancel this popup?
And allow customer on selecting their saved addresses?

Hi @ketob01 

I can definitely understand how it would be more efficient for customers to not have to choose their country when you only ship to Hong Kong. 

The only way to remove that drop down would be to have access to the checkout.liquid, which requires the Shopify PLUS plan. Merchants on our standard plans won't be able to make those changes.
