We are presently in the process of establishing our Shopify store in the United Kingdom, and I am currently addressing shipping-related matters, particularly regarding local pick-up options.

Is there a method to dynamically adjust the collection date based on the specific product being selected? We offer a range of products, some of which are available for immediate collection, while others may have a lead time of six weeks or more. Alternatively, is it possible to implement a notification system to inform customers when their product becomes available for collection?
