How can I edit the packing slip for partially fulfilled orders?

I need to edit the packing slip when an order is partially fulfilled/missing an item.

The following default sentence appears at the end of the packing slip:
"There are other items from your order not included in this shipment."

I want to edit this sentence, does anyone know how to go about this?
