How can I effectively manage non-Shopify orders in one system?

Hi,

we get orders on other marketplaces that aren't connected with shopify. However we would like to manage all this in one system, so creating the orders manually in shopify is the easiest solution I think.

However I don't like creating them in a browser, I think its bulky and slow. I would loovee a shopify managment software. 

We have an extra PC next to our inventory that I would like to use for fulfilment and creating these orders. Any ideas how I can solve this? Maybe Shopify POS? (Never used that)
