How can I enhance the checkout process on my online store?

Hi Folks,

I hope someone can help. I have done some test purchases for my store https://www.clickagiftuk.com

and find that the process is not correct. When the item is in the basket it jumps straight to payment / Shopay too soon. Is there a way to make it better. It is a one page checkout now. Any advice welcomed.
