How can I exclude specific items from shipping in my online store?

I would like to know how to remove certain items from being able to be shipped from our online store. Specifically I am thinking of our Skis, we just do not carry boxes that would allow us to ship them and dimensionally they would be cost prohibitive to ship with the current rates (we offer free shipping on orders over $75). If this is not possible, is there a way to add an "oversized shipping fee" to certain heavy or larger products in our online store?

For your scenario, you need to create shipping classes & configure these within the app:

1. Heavy/ Larger products: Flat rate ($50)

2. Light products: Free shipping over $75
