How can I fix my shipping and inventory issues on my online store?

hi, i wanted to update my shipping method to show my po box and not my home address. once i did my whole store was labeled sold out! so then i thought i updated the inventory but now products are showing up as shipping not available. I can not update inventory for all items as some are drop-shipped and i don't know how much inventory there really is. There are over 1k products. i can not update the inventory for all items. i just want to use one shipping location and have all the items show up for shipping.

I just want to set everything back to the way it was. i want the actual inventory to show and i want all my products to be available for shipping. i don't know what else to do.
