Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have a Shopify store with UPS shipping rates installed. When delivering any product to a customer in the same city as our store, there are no issues. However, when an order is placed for delivery to any address outside our city, a problem arises. An error message is displayed: 'This order can't be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.' This issue disappears immediately when I update the shipping rates in the admin panel by simply keeping the same settings and clicking the save button. After doing so, the problem vanishes, and the customer can place their order without any issues. How can I resolve this so that I don't have to update it every time and ensure it works for the customer immediately?
