Hey, im a student, i need the money back. i was just messing around with shopify, and today i got billed, i was going to cancel the subscription but it was too late, please help me out, i would like a refund, and i have already closed the store. thanks!

I can definitely understand needing money, being a student is not easy financially! Once you are sure your store is 100% closed, you can reach out to our live support to request a refund if you wish. A refund is not guaranteed and we take each request on a case-by-case basis so please do bear this in mind when making the request. A few things to consider before going ahead with store closure are:

Once you are sure the store is closed, you can reach out to our live support team to make the request for a refund. Our live support can be reached via our support portal here.
