Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi, I have been trying to cancel my plan for before it renewed but I keep getting a 503 error when loading. The payment has gone through and I have been billed for a subscription I could not cancel due to shopify not working. I know that Shopify does no provide refunds but in this case where I am receiving an error preventing me from canceling, I believe that I am within my own right to ask for a refund.
I have also tried to contact Live support but that too is giving an error. Is there a support email that I could contact?
I was about to downgrade my store today before billing hit on the 30th. How convenient the option to cancel or change subscriptions is missing. Edited to add I was able to get in and change my subscription as of 8 tonight.

This is definitely a case that our internal support team can help with. When accessing the Help Centre , are you able to clear the cache and cookies of your browser or try accessing this via another or incognito browser please?

Apologies, looking at the billing cycle now it says It was charged from Loox App which is uninstalled.
