How can I get a refund for an accidental annual subscription purchase?

Hello

 

I accidently bought shopify store for one year instead of 1 month subscription. I bought the subscription on 4th feb 2022 only. I wanted to first try the store but accidently bought 1 year plan. As financial situation of my family is not good due to the pandemic. I want shopify to please refund my 11 months money. Your help will be very much appreciated. Please look into the matter.

Hey Summer,

 

I have now exactly the same problem but i wanted to cancel my shopify subscription. The bill will be within 2 day. Can you help me as soon as possible? You can mail me back to [email protected]
