How can I get a refund for an incorrect billing charge?

Hello, 

 

I was billed $39 but I need to be refunded due to it was suppose to only charge me a $1. Please help.

We are currently offering a new promotion where new merchants can sell on Shopify for $1 USD per month on select plans (for the first two or three months depending on the time of signup). However, it's also important to note that this promotion only applies to merchants opening new accounts.
