Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I purchased from hiking space back in November 2021 and have yet to receive ,y item. Upon investigation I have discovered that the store has gone. Completely disappeared!
I have tried in vain to talk to someone at Shopify to get some answers, and a refund and they seem to be impossible to contact!
can anyone help me?

Thank you for reaching out about this issue. I am sorry to hear that you ordered an item that never arrived and have been unable to contact the merchant you purchased from. That's never a great situation to be in and it can be difficult to resolve.
Shopify is the platform many businesses use to host their online store. Our support team does not manage the businesses or track orders on behalf of a merchant though. If you are unable to contact the merchant for any reason, I would then recommend reaching out to your payment provider to open a claim with them. Your credit card company or bank should have policies in place to assist you in getting a refund or resolving this issue with the merchant.
That being said, we take reports of fraudulent behavior or abuse of the platform very seriously. When you contact your bank to open an investigation, this will also flag the store on Shopify for an internal review as well. Even I am facing the same issue. I had ordered two products from dextiled.myshopify.com two weeks ago. I have contacted the store through their email and even reported on shopify. But all in vain. The store has disappeared and now there's no clue as to whether I will receive my order or not. I immediately want my refund.
This seems to be a common problem with most of the sellers on Shopify and Shopify just refuse to help. Its as if they are ok with such Frauds.
Hi, My wife and daughter have had a similar experience with the Palaye Royale store. They ordered an item back in July and has never received anything apart from a message to say it would be shipped. They have contacted the store on the website numerous times with no response or acknowledgement.
They had successfully used the store before with no issues at all.
