How can I get a refund from a yearly plan on Shopify?

Hello,

I have a major issue in regards to my payment plan. I have been charged for a years plan when I needed the monthly plan option. They have charged me $554 for a full year when all I needed was a months worth. I have emailed support@shopify.com with evidence of the payment and they are yet to respond. I need my money back as I did not want to pay this amount of money and because I am still starting it out and am yet to make any money.

Please help me with this issue as I want my money back.
